Destinos Plurais was a Diversity pilot project carried out in partnership with AZUL Linhas Aereas Brasileiras' Internal Marketing. To present the concept of diversity to the company's more than 6 thousand employees, we developed a travel idea for the project.
We created countries that represented each of the diversity themes we were going to approach. Antirras, an antiracist country that would address racial issues, Orgulhândia that contemplates lgbtqiapn+ individuals, Equalitária that strengthens the fight for gender equality, and Acessibilitária that aims to bring greater accessibility for PWD people.
The campaign was divided into stages, with pieces such as educational email marketing's, pieces for social media, on and offline banners, and badges with which employees could identify themselves with each country, according to their wishes.
