In the second phase of the Diversity project for Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras' Internal Marketing, we proposed that Respect be established as one of the company’s core values. Through this concept, we aimed to spark important conversations around issues such as structural racism, ethnocentrism, ableism, gender equity, LGBTQIAPN+ rights, and more.
The word "Respect" was transformed into a bold, visually striking lettering that became the focal point of the campaign. This powerful design choice symbolized the strength and significance of respect in fostering a more inclusive workplace.
We developed a strong, impactful logo and created a variety of offline materials, including posters, stickers, and banners. On the digital front, we designed a full range of online assets—social media posts, email marketing campaigns, wallpapers, and WhatsApp cards—to further spread the message. Additionally, we produced a booklet aimed at promoting acceptance and encouraging a deeper understanding of diversity among employees.
