In this second stage of the Diversity project for the Internal Marketing of Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras, we suggested that Respect become one of the pillars of the company, and through this concept put on the agenda issues such as structural racism, etharism, capacitism, gender equity, rights of the LGBTQIAPn+ community and others.
A strong logo was developed, as well as offline pieces such as posters, stickers and banners, and online pieces such as social media posts, email marketing, wallpapers and whatsapp cards. we also developed a booklet that encouraged acceptance and respect for diversity among employees.
