agency: BETC São Paulo
what i did: illustrations/poster
year: 2020

This project, developed for International Women’s Day at BETC São Paulo, aimed to promote the inclusion and recognition of women in all stages of the agency's creative and development processes. The initiative sought to honor women while emphasizing their vital role in driving innovation within the advertising industry. To support this, I created a unique sticker card and poster with original illustrations. The sticker card was an interactive piece allowing recipients to personalize their belongings, while the poster served as a visual statement within the agency, highlighting gender diversity and inclusion.
Both pieces were designed to celebrate the strength, diversity, and complexity of women, fostering a message of unity, empowerment, and respect. Beyond the day’s celebration, the project encouraged reflection on the importance of gender inclusion in the advertising world and prompted the agency to consider how to contribute to a more diverse and inclusive industry. It created a space for meaningful conversations about equality, representation, and the role of creativity in advancing social change.
